Well, there can be a myriad of reasons. Normally, the sounds placed on my website are formatted as mp3s, which is a pretty standard format on most PC/Mac machines and should work by default. You may have to ask someone to look at your machine's specs and determine the proper configuration. I hope this technical problem can be resolved very soon.
