Des "échalotes" pour "scallions", je dirai oui et le "scallion" est bel et bien un "oignon", comme vous le dites, mais je me permettrai d'insister que la ciboule se traduit aussi par "scallion" aux USA http://www.larousse.com/en/dictionaries/french-english/la%20ciboule. comme vous pouvez le constater sur cette page du Larousse. Mais je prendrai soin d'ajouter "échalotes" également à la définiton. Merci pour tout !

Juancho, make sure to add a subject before "sera plus ….." in the sentence above. Actually, you will have to use VOUS as a subject since you started your sentence with it. In that case, the verb will be changed into "SEREZ plus que satisfaits".
