Here’s part 2 of our lesson on French expressions used at the restaurant. Now I have a question for you: Are you a gourmet or a gourmand?
While a gourmet is seen as a food connoisseur, someone who eats to live and who focuses more on the quality of the food rather than is quantity, a gourmand is a “glouton”, i.e. stuffing themselves with food of all sorts. So what are you?
